Motel Policies

~ Late Arrivals must call before 7pm
~ Must be 21 years of age to reserve and check in
~ One Car Per Room - sorry we do not have parking for extra vehicles. No exceptions.

Reservation Deposit
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of one nights deposit (50% on stays of 5 or more nights). Deposits must be received within 10 days of booking. A valid Credit Card is required to make reservations. We accept Visa and MasterCard. The balance is due upon arrival for the entire reservation. Sorry, personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds require 14 days advance notice and are subject to a $25 processing fee for stays of 4 nights or less. Stays of 5 nights or more require 30 days notice and are subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds thereafter. There are no refunds or credits for early departures or partial cancellations.
